Great location Townhouse, at the end of the street is Dealy Park/Playground and basketball courts. Bubba's Hot Dogs are at the 59th street beach entrance, and a fishing pier at the 59th street bay. has an oversized top deck for entertaining with an extra Ice maker in the garage.
First Floor: Bonus room with half bath, a queen sleeper sofa, TV.
Second Floor: One of two large suite bedrooms with a king bed, full bath, private deck. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom, 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and the final bedroom on this floor has two twin beds, one has a trundle underneath So, 4 bedrooms total on the second floor.
Third Floor: Great Room. Living, Dining, Kitchen and final master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. There is the main deck off the living room.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"This is our second year renting this property and we plan to return in 2024. It's clean, beautiful, well maintained and in the perfect location. The elevator is essential for our large family with ADA needs. The owner allows the use of the beach cart, bikes, beach passes and more amenities make this a convenient and easy trip for our large family vacation.
