Affordable and Adorable Family weekly rental. 2 bedroom, 1 bath 2nd floor of a duplex with front deck. Well maintained with rear yard and close to restaurants and shopping. One bedroom has a king bed, the other bedroom has a single bed with trundle and the sleep sofa is a queen. This unit has 2 off street parking spots.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

This is a cute rental, clean and well kept. The location is great, easy walk to beach, stores, marina etc. There were a few hiccups that were handled immediately. Kyle at Long and Foster was available and helpful for each question or issue. The fridge was an issue one email to Kyle, and the owner had a new fridge delivered - during a flood. I think the WiFi should be upgraded that would be my only negative. Overall this was an amazing vacation. Thank you!
