Beautiful 4-bedroom 3.5 bath Townhome only 2 short blocks to the beach. Close to Downtown and Promenade. The 1st floor there are 2 Bedrooms and a Full Bathroom Tub/Shower combo. One room features a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Go up a flight of steps to a recently renovated “Great Room” Living, Dining Area and fully stocked Kitchen. Also, on the 2nd floor there is a Bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom and a powder room. Coming off is a lovely covered furnished deck for those evening sunsets that cannot be missed. Go up another set of steps. The 3rd floor has an ensuite bedroom with a private deck. The owner does provide 5-beach tags (not guaranteed) Call us today and start your summer vacation!!
