Beautiful Custom 6 bedroom 5.5 Bath Townhouse with an elevator in downtown Sea Isle. 1.5 Blocks to the Beach and Promenade. 1/2 a block off Landis Ave. Park your car in one of the 4 off-street spots and walk to Restaurants, shopping, nightlife and everything else Sea Isle is famous for. 5 decks and an enclosed outside shower. 1 Primary Suite with a king sized bed and covered deck. 2 Primary Suites with queen sized beds and balconies. All three primary suites have walk-in tile showers. 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower (1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed) The bonus room (6th bedroom) has a balcony with steps to the back yard, convertible sectional that becomes a full sized bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

"This unit is fairly new and is in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well equipped for a large family and the general living area is large and comfortable. The decks are also very nice. An easy walk to the beach too.
