This cook's kitchen is equipped for entertainment with a bonus wet bar and wine refrigerator. The top fiberglass deck is partially covered for sun and shade options with high top seating for 10. The rear of the top floor is the 5th bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a walk-in shower and private deck with chairs. Beach chairs and beach tags are included, and you will love this location, close to everything, beach, promenade, restaurants, ice cream, park/playground, kayak launch & fishing pier.
