There is a dining are and Kitchen with a center island. Off the Kitchen is a room with a pyramid bed which can be used as a 6th bedroom for extra sleeping. On this floor are 2 bedrooms and a hall bathroom. When you enter the 2nd floor you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A queen bedroom and The master bedroom with a queen bed and bath and the twin bedroom which you enter by walking through the master bedroom. Large decks, ocean view, fenced in yard. There is a large garage and plenty of parking. A short walk to the beach and close to shopping and the restaurants.
Must be Over 28 years old
