The second floor offers a living room, well equipped kitchen, dining area and a powder room. The master suite is located on this floor with a queen bed and a Jacuzzi along with the master bath. The third floor offers a second master suite with a queen bed, Jacuzzi, master bath and a private deck. There are also 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two bedrooms with a set of twin beds. There is also a full bath and a washer & dryer on this floor. The 4th floor landing takes you to a rooftop deck for your viewing of the beautiful breathtaking views of the wetlands and inlet.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 1PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.

"This is our third year staying at this property and our delight is always favorable. We bring our kayaks and paddle boat and our family enjoys all this home has to offer. Roomy enough to have our own space if needed but plenty of room to all gather for movies, puzzles, and dining.
We are originally from this area in the summer and have fond memories that we would like share with our younger family members. Hope to continue making memories here.

"My family had such a perfect vacation staying at this amazing home! We really enjoyed the bay and all of the decks and outdoor space. Great home for a large family and fantastic views from the rooftop deck! Definitely coming back.
