This 4 bedroom 4 bath south end beach block home just second back from the beach located in the south end of Avalon has plenty of room for the family to spread out. On the first floor you find a family room with TV, fireplace, wet bar, Bedroom # 1 with 2 twin beds and access to the hall full bathroom and deck, bedroom # 2 Queen bed and private bath. The second floor has the kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and DVD player and sliders to a deck with ocean views. Bedroom # 3 with queen bed, full hall bath and bedroom # 4 master bedroom with a king bed that takes single sheets, deck and master bath. Come and relax!!!

"This is a beautiful home, second house from the beach. It is very spacious and well maintained. There are a few issues, though. The faucet in the kitchen does not work properly. The real estate agency sent out a plumber to fix it, but it was still broken. The sliding glass door in the living room to the front deck is nearly impossible to open. The refrigerator in the kitchen is undersized and the ice maker leaks water into the ice bin creating a frozen block of ice. It really needs a second refrigerator, especially when there is more than one family. The living room furniture is tired and worn. It is also missing some basic items such as dish towels. And lastly, for the money being charged for rent, I think the owners should supply beach tags. We have stayed in many Avalon and Stone Harbor rentals, and beach tags are usually provided.
