Huge deck with ocean views. Two bedrooms and two bath condo just steps to the beach. The entry level (second floor) contains a combination kitchen and family room, with an island bar, a full bath, and a shared laundry room. There are amazing views from the kitchen and family room. There is an 8 foot sliding glass door which gives you plenty of light and ocean views galore. On the second floor (3rd level) are 2 bedrooms and another full bath. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a single bed. Bedroom two has 2 full beds. The house is stocked with utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans. There is a 40 inch flat screen TV in the family room. The unit comes with 3 assigned off street parking spots. Once you arrive, you will not drive again until you go home. Everything, from restaurants to bars, playgrounds, shopping, beach, and outdoor entertainment are a short walk away.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
