Beautiful beach block townhome. This immaculate 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 3.5 bath home is just 5 houses from the beach. The bonus room has two queen futons, TV and beverage refrigerator. The next level has 3 bedrooms, one is a master suite with a queen bed and private deck. The other two bedrooms both have queen beds. The top floor has a fully equipped kitchen with beverage fridge. The spacious living area is a great room for family and guests together. Fourth bedroom has a king bed and bath. Enjoy the views from the large covered deck off the living room. The garage is not available for parking but is equipped with a gym, beach cart, chairs, and bicycles and umbrella. The backyard includes an 8 x 13 swim spa, fire pit, and gas grill. 10 beach tags are included but not guaranteed. Truly a beautiful property to spend your summer vacation at.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
