This comfortable two story single family home is located just two blocks to the beach. Enjoy cool nights in the screened in porch or the morning sun on your front deck This property sleeps nine. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, there are two bedrooms with two single beds, and one bedroom with one single bed. Located only a short walk into town, restaurants and shopping.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 1PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.

A wonderful two weeks in Avalon

"We had a wonderful stay! The house is well-stocked; and the owner is both generous and kind. Unfortunately, through no fault of the owner; construction was being done next door, and the beach was very sparse during high tides. By next year, these two problems should be rectified.
