Middle floor has living room, dining room which seats up to 10 and newer kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also a 1/2 bath for convenience of children and elderly family members. Top floor master has king bed and full bath. Ground floor allows parking for up to 5 vehicles. Also there is a large outside shower and extra keyed storage under entry stairs to store bikes and beach accessories.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"This property is clean and wellkept. The living area feels quite spacious. The views off of the decks are spectacular. My family was extremely happy to be there.
