Ocean view from the second floor deck. One half a block to the beautiful beach. Community pool for a dip after the beach. Very well maintained 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath townhome. First floor features a bedroom with private bath and queen bed, laundry room and garage. Second floor features a great room that includes the kitchen, dining area and living room. Access to the second floor deck is from the living room with a view of the ocean towards the left. Also on the second floor is a half bath, plus a bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. Third floor has two more bedrooms, each with a private bath. Master bedroom has a king bed and other third floor bedroom has 2 single beds. Walking distance to downtown.

"Extended family has spent vacation here on several occasions. We have enjoyed every stay. Property is well kept and provides for needs of tenants. We are planning to return again next summer.

"This property had everything our family needed to enjoy a week at Cape May. The property is well maintained. Everyone has plenty of space for privacy when needed. The living room, kitchen, and dining room area is roomy and provides a great space for the entire group to spend time together. We have been enjoying this property for several years, and plan to return in the future.
