An exquisitely decorated Townhouse with 4 decks and incredible Bay Views. It is a great location, 12 homes from the beach, has a patio area with table and grill that is fenced in. Bottom floor is a game room with beverage refrigerator, Table Tennis, Foosball Table, TV for video games and viewing, Sectional and bar height counter and chairs. All bedrooms, as well as main family room, have cable TVs. Outdoor furniture on each deck and umbrella on top deck. Hardwood floors on the main floor and hallways. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, one bedroom is the first ensuite with queen bed, tub/shower combo, and private deck. The other 3 bedrooms each have 2 singles. Hallway bathroom and laundry are also found on this floor. The 3rd floor has the "Great Room", spacious living area, dining area, beautiful kitchen with center island bar, and powder room. Also, a second ensuite bedroom with king size bed and private deck.
Garage is available for bikes, or beach items. 6 Beach chairs are provided with beach tags. (not guaranteed) Home is impeccably clean and very well maintained. An outside shower is provided for when you return from the beach. Call Today and Book your Family’s next Summer Vacation!!
