Quiet, tranquil location. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms (1-with Double and the other with 2-Twins) full bathroom with Tub, and washer/dryer. 2nd level has the "great room" living area, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, large furnished deck, bathroom with a tub and a bedroom with 1-King. 3rd level has 2 bedrooms both (1-with a Double and 1-Queen) and a full bath with tub. There is an extra full tank for the gas grill, a second refrigerator in the garage, 2 coffee makers, dishes for 16 people. Beach Tags/Chairs and Cart available (not guaranteed). Pets may be considered by Owner with prior approval for an additional fee and deposit per pet, per week
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"We've rented this wonderful home for several years. The owners are great and they make sure you have everything you need in this well-appointed home. The sunsets from the front deck are amazing! We've made many happy family memories over the years!

"This is our fourth year renting this home. it is very well equipped with anything your family might need. The owner is very thoughtful. You can’t beat the sunsets right from your deck along with beautiful bay views. Our favorite home we ever rented.
