First Floor: You’ll find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, plus another bedroom with two twin beds—great for kids or extra guests. There’s also a full shared bathroom on this level.
Second Floor: This is the heart of the home, with an open living room, dining area, and kitchen where everyone can hang out together. This floor also has a bedroom with a full bed and a full hall bathroom.
Third Floor: Upstairs are two more comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with another full bathroom.

And don’t miss the beautiful bay views from the front deck—a perfect spot for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or just soaking in that vacation feeling

Great week in SIC!

"This was our 4th consecutive year in SIC in this location but first time in this house and overall we really liked it. Plenty of space, beautiful views from the deck and able to walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, minigolf and bars. We loved the backyard because it was shady/comfortable when deck was sunny/hot and vice versa so there was always outside space to be in. Definitely recommend.
