CONSIDER IT BEACHFRONT!! Although this property is one off the beach, you might as well call it BEACHFRONT! 25 88th Street East has three decks with views that are magnificent. As you enter this property, the first floor has a large bedroom with a queen size bed, and a sitting area with an ocean view. Another bedroom on this floor has a double bed with a TV. There is also a full size bathroom with a large tub/shower. The second floor has a Living Room with an unobstructed ocean view, a fireplace, dining area, and kitchen with counter and four stools. Towards the back of the second floor there is another bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom. The third floor is a loft area with a queen size sofa bed, TV, and an amazing ocean view. There is also a full size bathroom on this floor. This is a great property for its cleanliness, location, and magnificent ocean views!
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Great location to the beach, clean rental- the owner provided beach chairs and beach tags which were well appreciated. Small living room area but the deck was outstanding. Just a suggestion- perhaps it is time to replace the Mr. Coffee Maker-
