A Stone Harbor Classic, built in 1912, this historic home has a traditional floor plan with the popular wrap around covered porch. first floor has beautifully refinished hardwood floors in the living room and dining room. Kitchen with a washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 double beds and one with a double and single bed) and 1 bath complete the 1st floor. Second floor is dormitory style with 3 separate sleeping areas and a powder room. Relax on the rear porch with its large picnic table and gas grill. Located across the street from the school and playground, only 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to town. Truly a walk down memory lane!
