The kitchen is fully stocked and offers more than your typical rental home. Walk out the slider from the living room onto a beautiful deck that is partially covered with outdoor furniture including sofas, table, chairs and chairs. The owner also provides a gas grill. Keurig and Drip coffee pot available. All TVs are smart TVs for streaming only, no cable TV.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 274 4th Street. The home is spacious, well-appointed, and very well kept. The back yard is private, peaceful and beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend!
