The first floor consists of 1 bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and a trundle, full bath, a large family room with a queen sofa bed with doors for privacy. The second floor consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, hallway bath, one bedroom with two double beds and a master suite w/ a king bed and a private bath. There is a sundeck off of the 2nd floor living and dining areas. Perfect for a large family. 2 blocks to the beach. One block to shopping. Also included: 4 televisions, internet, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella), 6 ceiling fans, central air, outside shower and off street parking.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 1PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.

This property was just what we had in mind for a pampered time at the beach. The amenities and the layout of the house are just top knotch. We hope to stay with you again.

"Absolutely wonderful vacation staying in this gorgeous home. Close enough to town to walk to breakfast. So many extras that were not expected but very much appreciated. This was a true find for us. We hope to rent this property again.

"This is an incredible house and our third year staying there. It is well laid out, properly maintained and a two block walk from the beach. It has everything we need and there is nothing we would change or want. They even supplied beach tags! Have signed up for next year.
