It is situated in the south end of the island just a short walk from beautiful 68th Street beach and provides spacious living areas on both floors. Four bedrooms, two full baths, central air and off street parking. The awning covers over the full deck, including the area adjacent to the master bedroom. A built-in garage provides ample space for storing all of your beach equipment, King sheets provided. 42" flat screen TV. One bedroom on 1st floor that has 2 single beds. 1st Floor TV room has the queen size sofa bed. Top floor has the 3 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Double bed, 2 single beds.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIMES VARY. Please check your lease for exact check in time.

"Clean, spacious, and well stocked! Only one and a half blocks to an absolutely beautiful beach! Plus pet friendly! This house has everything you need to sit back and relax on your vacation.
