This was the perfect house to rent for a family vacation! It has 3 levels. Each level has a bathroom . It’s very spacious! Plenty of rooms for a large family. The house has a nice big backyard. We will definitely rent this house again! I

"Love this neighborhood in SB and have stayed nearby for a few years now. This house had its pros and cons but overall it was a great spot. Loved the bedroom and bathroom setup. Having 3 full baths (all very clean) and a fabulous and clean outdoor shower made a huge difference. Whole house was very clean. The house also had all the beach chairs, toys, wake boards and skim boards one could need...and even a cart to get everything to the beach!!! This was a great bonus! My only complaint would be that the main living area and kitchen are quite small and filled with too much over-sized furniture...an L-couch and TV over the fireplace would make this space so much more useable for a full house. But the front porch and screened in porch helped with social spaces. We had a great stay. Would stay here again for sure!

"Nice place, well decorated, plenty of room for everybody. Indoor and outdoor pools were great and being right on the beach was perfect. Parking was fantastic.
