Good House and Location

"Our second year staying in this community and this was a much nicer and better appointed house. Having two very young children, it was wonderful to be both on a court and in a gated community where they could ride their bikes and have quick access to a pool. Getting across the busy highway wasn’t awful, but the noise from the road is pretty bad (noise machines are provided in every bedroom). Beach chairs, umbrellas and paraphernalia are provided, but are in need of replacement. Overall this is a great house and location.

"The house was great for our group - 3 families (10 people) - with plenty of space. It was well stocked with everything we needed (and more). The game room was a big hit with the kids, and the elevator was great to have for my less-abled father. The community pool and pickleball courts were also great. The only downside is the fact you have to cross a 55mph (and likely faster) road to get to the beach, which also meant riding our bikes was something we didn’t get to do (as we were comfortable biking with our children on this road).
