301 39th Street is a SEA RETREAT There is a large furnished deck that runs the full length this Townhouse. Great southern exposure with eastern and western views. The owner takes pride in having a meticulously maintained vacation home. On the bottom floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. As you walk in, you first come upon to the right a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. It is perfect for you to get your little ones straight in the tub from a day at the beach after they rinse off outside. As mentioned, there are three bedrooms, and they consist of two having a queen in each and the other features two sets of bunk beds (single over single). The upstairs features a spacious kitchen, dining, living area, fourth bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Other great amenities feature a gas grill, central air, and off-street parking accommodating up to three vehicles. Don't miss out, Call today!!
