The third floor features a king suite with private bath, walk-in shower, private deck, its own HVAC system, and laundry. The main living level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Wolf gas range, oversized island seating for eight, wet bar with ice maker, beverage refrigerator, and a large great room with gas fireplace and oceanfront deck. The first level includes a queen ensuite with private bath and ocean-side deck, three additional queen bedrooms (one with a twin loft), a hall bath, and a full-size laundry area. Three off-street parking spaces included (one garage, two driveway). Outdoor shower, gas grill, bicycles, beach chairs, and furnished decks provided. Sheets and towels not included.

South:
Renovated oceanfront home with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, including two ensuite bedrooms. Features three decks, fantastic ocean and bay views, and beach access just steps away. Ground level includes a garage, den, and outside shower. The first floor offers four bedrooms and two full baths, including a front ensuite with private deck. The second floor features a spacious great room, fully stocked kitchen, large front deck, and powder room. The third floor includes a second ensuite with jacuzzi tub and private deck. Stair lift available to ground level and second floor.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIMES VARY CHECK LEASE. 3 Night Minimum-Off Season. Please note: Home is SMOKE FREE and PETS are NOT Allowed No Exceptions. This property accepts families only. Must be older than 25 to reserve the property. Reservations signed for by parents/legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.
