"House has everything you need. We love the location and it holds our family well. I agree with other reviews that the upstairs bedroom runs hot but we have learned to bring a box fan and it solves the issue. Thankful for the chairs and some of the updates they made this year like the bath mats and the new rocking chairs on the front. Will definitely rent again.

"this house was perfect for our family vacation ..this was our second year returning to the property and we greatly appreciate the little wagon provided!it is a quick 8 minute walk to the beach where we enjoyed the sun and sand...the pool and tennis courts are close by and the community is very family friendly

"This is our second year staying here. We love the location and the neighborhood. The place is perfect for our family of 5. It is a small unit but they use the space well. We appreciate the beach chairs, the tennis courts and pool as well of ease in walking to the beach. This year there was a wagon which we found very helpful

"The owners did a nice job of updating and making the best of a small unit. The kitchen was well supplied and updated. The garage was well equipped with chair,boogie boards etc. All in all a great vacation!
