Gorgeous 4 Bedroom 3 Bath home with Private POOL!! This home is located 2.5 blocks from the beach and centrally located to local bars and restaurants. This upside-down style home features; hardwood floors; large decks on each level and spacious living areas inside and out! The first floor features two bedrooms, 1st floor yellow striped room (bay side) 2 twins; family room with a queen size sleep sofa; second bedroom 1 queen and 1 twin. The second floor has cathedral ceilings and features a spacious great room, dining area and kitchen with center island. There are also two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king and one with a queen bed. Great home with lots of amenities and fantastic private pool! Upper deck has table with 6 chairs & lounge chairs, no umbrella. Lower deck has small table with 4 chairs.
