Central air conditioning, two screened porches, commercial size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & traditional coffee makers, 3 TVs with full Mediacom lineup including all movie channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, electric grill, outside shower, a private residence beach with Adirondack chairs surrounding a Solo Stove fire pit plus direct access to the beach!! Parking permitted in driveway only - no parking along street in community There is a Community Rules addendum to be furnished by Long & Foster to guests NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Occupancy limit of 10 is strictly enforced. * Two-week rentals are given a $500 discount
