Beach block at the corner of 54th and Landis Ave. House faces 54th Street. Ground level is the garage. Up about 6 steps to the side entrance foyer and rear bonus room/bedroom with full bathroom. Up a full flight of steps to the middle level which contains 4 bedrooms (one is a master with it's own full bathroom and front facing deck), one hallway full bathroom, and hallway washer & dryer room. Up a full flight of steps to the top floor which contains the living room with front facing deck, dining area, kitchen, half a bathroom, Master bedroom with a full bathroom and small rear facing deck with ocean views. Elevator runs from the outside ground level and to each level of the house (bonus room, middle floor rear bedroom, top floor rear bedroom).
