This 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath first floor in the beach block! All new living room furniture and beds and new rugs in bedrooms. New bedding consists of 1 Queen in master, 1 trundle(single over double) and a twin in bedroom 2, and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3. Walls have been re-finished and both indoor and outdoor spaces are being updated. Huge front deck makes excellent use of this most excellent Beachblock location. Why stay in a condo building for a similar price when you can stay on the Beachblock in one of the most desired parts of town!
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
