Available for rent for this summer is a lovingly renovated and maintained three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located just one block from the 35th street beach. The front deck, located off of the living room, features ocean views, while the modern, upgraded kitchen offers all that is needed to dine in comfort, with a range of appliances and small kitchen electrics available for use. This condominium sleeps up to nine people. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bathroom, and a private deck with bay views. The second bedroom features a bay view, a full bed and a twin bed, while the third bedroom has a pyramid-style bunk bed, which has a twin on top, full bed on bottom, and a pull-out trundle bed underneath. In addition to convenient proximity to the beach, you're also only a short walk to Sea Isle City's promenade and the center of town, bustling with restaurants, shopping, playground and basketball courts. The unit includes use of a covered parking space within the condominium's private lot. The unit is on the second floor. No pets or smoking allowed.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
