Oversized, Traditional Style, 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home 1 block to the beach and 3 blocks to the commercial district. The home's interior is being re painted spring of 2021, with many other upgrades including, new 65-inch TV in Living Room, New TV in Master BR, New Wall Art, some new furniture, Etc.
The first floor has a large, tiled floor that continues through the Living Room, Dining Area and kitchen. The fully stocked Kitchen boasts granite countertops and lots of counter space for entertaining. The living room has 2 sliders to access the first-floor deck. Off the Living Room is a half bath. The 2nd floor hosts 2 bedrooms, each of which has 2 Twin beds, Bedroom #3 has 1 Queen bed with a Jack and Jill shared hall bath. The East side bedroom with the Twin Beds has a slider which leads to second level deck which has a spiral stair to the rooftop deck offering fantastic ocean and bay views. #4 Bedroom is an Oversized master suite with a king bed, a separate sitting area, luxurious marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large stall shower. This master bedroom also has a slider leading out to a private deck that faces 36th Street. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
