This 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Beachblock Townhome is located only 7th from the ocean in Townsend Inlet! On the ground level you'll enter into a foyer area to find a bedroom with 1 double bed and a slider leading to the fenced in back yard. Also you will find a powder room, garage which has been transformed into a game room featuring a ping pong table and a foosball table, along with an extra refrigerator! Going up the stairs you will find a bedroom on your right which has 1 twin bed and a bunk bed(single over single). 2nd bedroom which has 2 twin beds, full shared bath and continue down the hall to the 3rd bedroom which offers 3 twin beds and a slider to the rear deck. Head up the stairs to the modern spacious kitchen, dining area with table that has seating for 8, plus 4 more chairs at the breakfast bar. The living room has a large sectional sofa as well as traditional sofa. Slider leading off of living room to large deck with direct ocean views! There is a full bath Jack and Jill style a bedroom has a queen bed and private deck. This is a fantastic home in a fantastic location close to the beach! Owner beach chairs, bikes and 6 beach tags, although beach tags are not guaranteed.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Amazing stocked home with enough plates and silverware, and even pots and pans. The house also has a convenient wine cooler and ice maker, and second refrigerator. Very close and easy walk to the beach. Perfect for big families!
