NEWLY RENOVATED HOME IN THE HEART OF HISTORIC CAPE MAY on schedule for completion by mid-June for the 2023 rental season!!

Circa 1890, this home is currently being renovated for its introduction to the vacation rental market, bringing it up to date with modern amenities while maintaining its character, with its original wood flooring and trim.

This spacious 3 story, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has space to sleep 17, and the dining room accommodates everyone at one table for meals, games or good conversation.

For smaller groups, two sitting rooms on the first floor allow your group to spread out a bit, or relax on the traditional front porch, uniquely located for some of Cape Mayï¿½s best people watching.

The sunroom on the second floor, overlooking Jackson St, is set up with a small desk, if you really must get some work done.

For those who really wish to relax, a private patio in the backyard provides space and calm to recharge.

When itï¿½s time to retire, or just a quick nap, the second floor has four bedrooms, two with ensuite baths and the third with a large, clawfoot tub, original to the house. The remaining 2 bedrooms on the third floor share a Jack and Jill bath, and views across the city rooftops.

In the summer months, an additional bathroom and shower are available on the first floor.

Once youï¿½ve unloaded upon arrival, move your vehicle to one of two offsite parking spots, included with the rental, and then put the keys away!

This property, located in the middle of the Cape May Historic District, is steps away from the famous Washington Street Mall and Cape Mayï¿½s award-winning beaches, perfect if you want to spend the day shopping, or sunning!

And, in the late afternoon and evening, after youï¿½ve washed off the beach in one of our 4 showers (5 in the summer), it is an easy walk to the fabulous restaurants and galleries scattered around our beautiful, Victorian town.

So come stay with us at 37 Jackson and start a new tradition in a house, and a town, filled with old world charm.
