Features include central air-conditioning, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 6 TV's (including 42 inch plasma in living room), Bose DVD/CD Stereo, Xbox 360 video game system with surround sound and 100 video games, Broadband Wi-Fi access with computer, screen porch, 2 car garage, & gas grill. Exceptional Clubhouse offers both indoor & outdoor pools, fitness center, game room, hot tub, steam room, fishing docks, boat slips, kayak launch, tennis and pickle ball courts. 2024 Clubhouse Fee TBD. Owner requires minimum rental age of 28 years old to sign lodging agreement. Mini week rentals will include additional cleaning fee of $135.00. "The lessee shall not use the home electric grid to charge/re-charge any battery electric vehicle. The penalty for connecting a charging cable from the house electrical network is $200 per instance regardless of the charging duration." 2026: $200 Community Recreation fee / 2 Fobs

We had a very lovely time at Unit 35 in Bethany Beach.

"The unit was very clean and up-to-date. The owners are very accommodating with our requests. The owners made several calls for us to inquire on the price of the clubhouse and how best to determine how much to pay for our weekly stay. We have been coming to this house for over 12 years and always find it roomy to accommodate several families. We enjoy the pool and pickleball courts. The owners left us several bags of ice until the ice maker was filled and always call us to make sure everything is working properly. They really take an interest in their guests to make sure we have a very nice vacation. They even leave us condiments, trash bags, toilet paper, tissues, and other amenities that other rentals do not offer. If we find anything is not working properly, the owners take care of any issues themselves and folllow-up with us to make sure everything is in working order. I really appreciate the owners of this rental as they care about their property and want to make it a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

"5 Star! Great home, very clean, very spacious with alot of extra's ( game box) etc. for the kids. Near beaches. Clubhouse & pool very nice. Owner's called 2x in week to see how we were doing. Will want to return here, next summer!
