Want your own space.... the 3rd floor of this condo unit offers a master suite with full bath. A large sitting area with a separate kitchen and dining area that seats 4. This floor also has a powder room. This opens to a very large covered deck for you sunset views. There is a small room on the first floor entrance way for beach gear and a couple bikes, also a fenced area to store more bikes. And did I mention this unit comes with 1 designated parking space and a SIC parking pass to park your additional car on the street
