"House was clean with many amenities included. The floorplan is open and felt spacious, even with quite a few people in our group. The beach is a 3 minute walk which was great for bathroom breaks and lunch. The weather was great and everyone had a really nice time.

"This was the 3rd time my family and I stayed at Breakwater Beach Retreat. Each year we come back, the property seems to just get better and better. It was great to begin with but the owners seem to always be looking for ways to upgrade. The kitchen is well stocked, the house is nicely furnished, and there is lots of space to spread out. The fan that was added to the screen porch made that one of our favorite places to eat. We also love hanging out on the deck and watching the sunset over the bay. The beach is just a few houses away and was never crowded. Can't wait for our next visit!

"What a fantastic house. Some friends and I rented the house for a milestone birthday celebration. We had a great time. The welcome gifts from the owners were so thoughtful. The house fit us all without any problems. Everyone was able to find spots to do their own thing or come together for fun activities. The house was so close to the beach; we loved it. Also loved the sunset views over the bay. We will definitely rent again.

"Everything about this property is absolutely amazing. There were plenty of spaces for my group to spread out throughout the house. We especially enjoyed the sitting area on the deck and the screened porch. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The beach is just a short walk from the house and was never crowded! The lifeguards on the beach were a nice surprise. This house has great views of the bay, too. We will be definitely be renting this house again!
