Close to Beach

"Positives: very close to beach, pretty well equipped, spacious living room/dining room area
Things to consider: you will hear people walking upstairs—the ceiling and walls are evidently very thin; the shower in the private bath off the main bedroom is incredibly tight; parking is also very tight, and the entire time we were there the “unassigned parking space” was taken, so don’t assume there is room for two cars; and the porch is spacious and comfortable but only has a view of the dune. Even with those limitations, we would consider renting again.

"Issues we had : upstairs unit - people walking sounded like they were coming through the floor. Especially at 7am. Horrible way to wake up on vacation. Also master shower head and master bed needs to be upgraded.

"We loved this property and hope to rent it again next time we're back. The proximity to the beach can't be beat making it easy to quickly retrieve items -- especially with kids. The condo was clean and well maintained. We've been going to Fenwick Island for years and this is in our favorite spot. Quiet beach, but close to great shopping and amenities in Fenwick and Bethany.

"This place is amazing!! Its very clean and modern and up to date. The view is amazing from both decks. There is one deck that faces the bay and one that faces the ocean. There is a beach bar that is right by the pool and the staff are very nice and friendly. It's also close to restaurants you can walk too and a grocery store right across the street. We are staying there again this summer because it was such a great experience.
