The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, There is a renovated hall bath with shower, The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located adjacent to the large family room with sliding glass doors that lead to the rear yard for outdoor grilling on either a charcoal or gas grill. There is a flat screen TV in the family room and one in the front sitting room. The first floor also has a laundry/slash mud room. The upstairs features a primary bedroom with a private bath with shower and a private deck that over looks the rear yard. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a private deck that overlooks the front yard. The fourth bedroom has one set of bunk beds with two queen mattresses. There is a renovated hall bath with dual sinks and a very large walk-in shower. Located an easy walk to the lighthouse and state park. Off-street parking for two cars. One dog of 40 pounds, or less, is allowed for a $175 pet fee. Fireplace cannot be used.

Perfect vacation rental

"This vacation rental at 404 Princeton Ave was a perfect home for our family. Everyone had their own space, the home had everything we needed for the week, the home was super clean and right around the corner from the beach. We really appreciated the 2:00pm check in time as it gave us the whole afternoon at the beach.

"Great, spacious home in Cape May Point had plenty of room for kids and adults, the small living room by the porch became the kid’s area and adults got the kitchen and family room in the back! Perfect spaces for each group! The house was spotless and well cared for with plenty of beds for all and 3 full baths that were well used.
House is close to the beautiful St Peters beach and short hop to Sunset Beach, where we enjoyed mini golf and spectacular sunsets! Overall a great house and location that was a highlight of our family’s summer.
