Second floor features a master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the backyard, a gas fireplace, and a master bath with shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the second floor and share a hall bath with tub and shower. You will enjoy the clean lines, transitional-contemporary casual atmosphere, and the artistic and natural influences of this well designed home. Large windows allow for lots of natural light and create a connection to exterior gardens. Antique wide plank oak floors throughout except bedrooms in a light berber carpet. Handmade tiles in the kitchen, baths and surrounding fireplace. Custom cabinetry has modern lines, is cherry with a driftwood stain and white quartz counters in the kitchen. Custom vanities are maple with driftwood stain. Sunday to Sunday Rental.
