This home is magnificent. Steps to the beach and promenade. Located in the downtown area. Close to shopping and the restaurants. Impeccably kept and beautifully furnished. Come and sit on the front porch and have your morning coffee. Upon entering the home there are 2 bedrooms downstairs. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 pyramid beds (twin over full) NOT Pictured. They share a bathroom downstairs. On the main floor upstairs you will find a dynamite kitchen with all of the amenities. There is a center island with a bar and 3 bar stools. There is a nice deck off the kitchen There is a large dining room table with seating for eight. The Living area has lots of seating with TV and a beautiful fireplace. There is another deck located off of the living and dining areas. The primary bedroom is gorgeous and very spacious with a king bed, fireplace, TV and ceiling fan. The master bath is complete with Jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. For additional sleeping a Double sleeper sofa is new for 2025. Garage is not for tenant use. This home has everything you need to have an amazing vacation in Sea Isle City. 6 beach tags included (not guaranteed)
