4400 Pleasure Condo. Lovely 2nd floor 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo unit! Beachblock unit with views from the deck! Less than 200 feet to beach and Promenade. This unit features 1 off street parking spot. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with a pyramid bunk (full on the bottom, single up top). CENTRAL AIR, nice decks, open kitchen, living room. This property is very clean and well cared for. Great location, just steps to beach!
