This home has two master bedroom (king bed) suites each with their own private bathroom. The uppermost master suite is on the private 3rd level along with a large outdoor deck area with seating for 4+, an electric grill and view of the ocean. There are two additional bedrooms: One with two twin beds and one with a pyramid twin over full sized bed and a crib. The bedroom with twin beds has a small balcony that also overlooks the shared courtyard. The courtyard is open to all residents to relax and is a great place for kids to play while their parents relax on the balconies. The large living room features a sleeper sofa, seating for 6 and a flat screen TV. The adjacent open dining area has seating for 8. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a full bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer on this level. The parking area has one assigned parking space for the Unit, and there is ample street parking in the area. As a courtesy, 6 beach tags are provided and children under 12 may use the beaches for free. Ideally located on a beach block in the heart of Sea Isle City with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife in the center of town, playgrounds, mini golf, shopping and much more!
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

"The condo is big and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable and the TV’s get lots of channels and aps.

"Townhouse has a great location - you can walk pretty much anywhere. Including beach badges was awesome! The place was very well stocked kitchen wise and there was ample sitting and sleeping for the whole family. Thanks for the memories
