Not your typical side by side, the adjoining property has an entrance on the adjacent street to give you complete privacy. This beautiful home has a spacious three-story layout. There are fantastic ocean views from the second and third floors. A beautiful ensuite with tiled shower and Jacuzzi. The first floor features a small separate seating area with a TV. Great to the kids! There is also a utility room, full bath and 2 bedrooms on this level. One features a pyramid bed, with a full on the bottom and single on top. The other bedroom features twin single beds. The second floor is the great room, with a very nice kitchen with granite tops, stainless steel appliance and tile backsplash. Hardwood floors throughout, with great views from the deck. There is also a queen ensuite on this level with a deck. Next to the kitchen, there is a half bath. On the third floor is the second queen ensuite with private deck. Make sure to book this rental today, as it will not last long!!
