Stockton Beach House is Conveniently located to Continental Park, bike rental, Tennis courts,
Children's playground, bike path, boardwalk rides, shopping and Restaurants and only a short
drive to historic Cape May.
From sunrise to sunset, you can make yourself as busy or as relaxed as you want to be. Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 3PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.

"This was our first year using Long & Foster, as well as renting a condo. We simply could no longer go the route of a beachside motel. You and your staff have been nothing short of amazing by making this process so very simple. In addition please extend our sincere appreciation to the owner of 520 East Stockton, Unit 304. These accommodations were simply stunning, and met the needs of our family. Every amenity and attention to detail made our stay so enjoyable. There is no better gift than sharing time with family and making memories that last a lifetime. We now have somewhere so very special to look forward to once again next year.

"Every year we stay at Stockton Beach House unit 304. Long & Foster Realty are wonderful & we give all the credit to the 2 wonderful women who go above & beyond to make our family vacation the best ever. Thanks to Liza & Harley from Long & Foster for their excellent service! We can’t say enough about these 2 wonderful ladies! We also want to compliment & thank the owner of this unit. He has made every effort to accommodate us & we can’t thank him enough! Our unit is so well maintained & stocked. We absolutely love it! We give 5+ stars! Thank you for making our family feel so welcome each year. We love you!!!!!❤️
