"This was our 5th summer staying at 305 Henlopen. The unit is spacious and clean. The view is great! Try Henlopen is a great location. You can walk into town and down the boardwalk. The parking garage is very convenient and we love that there are bike racks in the garage to secure our bikes. The building is well maintained and very secure. We hope to spend our 6th summer there next year!

"We have stayed at numerous condos at the Henlopen thru the years. This was our first year in Unit 305. It is updated and is a very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are wonderful. This is by far, our favorite condo! We plan to stay there every year we visit Rehobeth Beach!

"This unit was perfect for us. The location was close to the elevator for making trips back and forth from the beach. The views from the balcony were awesome, and we loved having our coffee out there each morning. The condo is open and spacious and my 1 year old grandson had plenty of room to move all around safely. The kitchen and bathrooms are very spacious. The condo and the building were clean and the location to the beach was amazing!

"My wife and I have stayed at the Henlopen numerous times in different condos. This year we were fortunate to stay in unit 305. It is beautiful, clean, updated and has a beautiful beach view. The kitchen, the flooring and the showers are the nicest we have ever had in a vacation condo. We loved the condo and plan to stay there every year for years to come!!

"A very nicely maintained condo with all the needed equipment for a comfortable stay at the beach. This was our second stay in 305 and look forward to another stay next year. The condo is located directly on the beach at the northern end of the boardwalk and a very easy walk to all the sights and restaurants in the city.
