"Have been staying here for the last 5 years. No other words than awesome - from the L&F group (Kyle especially) to the awesome condo itself. The views, the views, the views!!! The condo is always clean and updated as needed. Any problems that may occur L&F are quick to respond. Easy access to beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend both condo and L&F

"This was our first time staying on the condo side of the Henlopen. We were always fans of the STELLAR balcony views (that's my happy place), but we always wondered what it would be like to have basically a whole house at our disposal. Well, it was amazing. Each room has it's own balcony access, with privacy walls in between. The kitchen was fully stocked and gorgeous, and never underestimate a bath for every bed! I love the decor and furniture, both inside and out. We love being walking distance to EVERYTHING in Rehoboth. We park the car in the garage and don't bother with it again until checkout. Already booked next year and I'm counting the days! When I hit the lottery I'll be making my offer on this property!

"We cannot say enough about our stay at the Plaza and your unit. It was the cleanest condo we ever stayed at. The condo is beautiful and we will definitely be back. The extra items left for us to use very thoughtful even though we did not use anything. The views are amazing. Thank you so much for renting it to us. We will be back!!

"We loved the layout and location of the property. We all enjoyed the beautiful sunroom and the cozy living room as well. However, we do agree that the entry level bedrooms and bath had the mildew odor so we didn't much time down there. We also agree that there were many details that should be fixed/addresses (we had a problem with that same knob in the kitchen). We brought our own DVD player, but felt that it should have been available in the rental unit. The ant problem mentioned in the previous review had been resolved by the time we arrived, although we had a heads up based on the placement of the ant traps in the kitchen. We vacuumed the unit but found that neither vacuum worked well and should have worked better considering it is a pet friendly rental. The kitchen dishware and glasses were plentiful and I loved using them as their seashore themes brightened my day! We enjoyed the close proximity to great restaurants!

"Very neat and updated. Incredible views from bay and ocean! This rental has everything you need and more (and I need a lot especially when it comes to kitchen) I would def. be back if I weren't afraid of heights! The rental is on the top floor and hallways from elevator to door is outdoors. This rental is three balcony from the right if your back is at the ocean. The rental had beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, kurig and reg coffee machine. All in all very complete and nice.
