Property is at the corner of 55th Street and Central Ave. Property faces Central Ave and is the North (inside unit). This 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome in a wonderful residential location. Off street parking and outside shower on ground level. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 full hallway bathroom, and laundry on the first floor. One bedroom is a bunk with a Double, another is a Double and a single and the Third is a set bunk with a king a with private deck The top floor has an open layout including the living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room. Behind the kitchen is an ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed. Note: There are 5 wall air conditioners. One air conditioner in each bedroom and one air conditioner in the main living area. Wall units fell like Central Air, not like window units. Owner provides Beach Tags (not guaranteed)
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
