BEAUTIFUL Townhome, this 5-bedroom 4.5-bathroom Beauty has a Bonus Room with a Queen pullout sectional sofa as well as a private full bathroom! Go upstairs to an ensuite bedroom in front of house which offers a king bed and a slider leads to your private covered deck a second bedroom on left has queen bed. Third bedroom on left is a trundle with full on top over roll out single. Continue to fourth bedroom back of home which offers a queen and full bathroom in hallway just outside bedroom door. Continue upstairs, which leads you to the main living level of the home with all hardwood flooring, a sectional sofa with sliding glass doors leading to the main covered deck which also has an outside ceiling fan! The dining area offers a dining table with seating for 10. Next to the spectacular kitchen features tons of cabinet space, a center island breakfast bar that seats 5, all granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, and a mini bar area. There is a powder room as well behind the kitchen. The fifth bedroom is located behind the kitchen and offers a king bed and private fully tiled bathroom.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Wonderful home for our week down the shore! Updated property and VERY clean! Fully equipped with everything we could possibly need & a quick walk to the beach. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!
