Ascending the stairs to the second level is a fabulous living room with sliders leading to the furnished front deck, Great gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances ,dining room table with seating for 8 plus bar stools and another master bedroom with queen size bed ,tv and deck. Top level has a knock out ensuite with a king size bed, shower and private deck.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
